Youth TV Star Kiran Srinivas celebrates his birthday today 25th of March. Kiran Srinivas debuted with critically acclaimed thriller series ‘24’. But he is popularly known for his brash role of a drug addict in TV Series ‘Paanch’. Now he plays a role of a ‘sweet and caring’ doctor Ishaan in Zindagi Wins from Bindass. Kiran has also featured in an episode of Gumrah season 3, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya and Yeh Hai Aashiqui.
Kiran hails from Bangalore and quite a name in the Sandalwood Industry, but by his own confession, he thinks that Industry in Mumbai takes him more seriously. His talent does speak through his work which is why he has been successful to display a wide range of characters in a short time. His stint in TV series ‘24’ where he posed against a legend like Anil Kapoor didn’t go unnoticed while in Paanch, he set the bar high by playing a dark character.
“Paanch” was a landmark in the sense that when actors are being abused and thrown out of their rented homes for playing negative characters. Each character in this show received a healthy amount of praise particularly Kiran, and he went on to win instant fame. After Paanch, he shot for a Kannada Movie and now has returned on TV Fiction space with ‘Zindagi Wins’ on Bindass.
This time he plays a gentle and soft hearted doctor who shares a past with one of the protagonist and shares a cackling chemistry with another. Well! This is certainly exciting.
